Moscato Consulting provides financial advisory and consulting services to families and individuals, with emphasis on managing and properly planning yielding investments in real-estate assets. Most of our clients are interested in financial growth and in maximizing their family’s financial potential: salaried workers, business owners, individuals interested in financial planning, mortgage takers, self-employed people capable of creating salary-independent income, and pensioners.
The planning and guidance processes that the company offers are individually tailored for each client, according to the means at their disposal and their financial obligations, the final goal being to create an effective and solid action plan that will yield maximum returns and financial peace of mind for the client.

About Our CEO |
Moscato Consulting Services’s Managing Director José Luis Ycaza, was born in Ecuador and started his career with the Minister of Foreign Trade. He worked in a series of high level leadership roles within the Ecuadorian government such as Governor to the International Monetary Fund and Director of both the Latin American Reserve Fund and Latin American Development Bank. As the President of the Board of the Central Bank of Ecuador he led the entire Ecuadorian currency conversion process from the now extinct Ecuadorian Sucre to the American Dollar as legal national currency, value reserve and monetary unit.
After entering the private sector José was the CFO of both Universal Sweet Industries and Consorcio Nobis S.A. In the most recent years, José has been consulting and focusing his efforts on Financial Advising with Merrill Lynch & Bank of America.
José Luis joined Moscato Consulting Services in October 2019. He brings his rich leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. He has unparalleled individual, government and corporate financial knowledge as well as a genuine passion for customer care and relationships.
